Kyoto Diamond Tools Ukraine has developed and possesses specially designed bonds for diamond and CBN wheels, the physical properties of which we can modify depending on grinding wheels application. Each bond can be created individually or adjusted to requirements specified by a client. Grinding wheel bodies are made of aluminum bars, steel or by method of powder metallurgy. Selection of body type depends on obtaining performed by the wheels. Properly selected types of bodies allow obtaining the best performance level, avoid imbalance and achieve precision in the processing of materials. We offer wheels with resin, metal and hybrid bonds, as well as tools made by means of vacuum sintering technology.
