We have independently developed bonds for diamond and CBN wheels, the physical properties of which we can change, depending on the conditions of use of the grinding wheels. Each bond type can be individually created for each customer.

At the moment, we produce wheels and diamond pins on resin bond with dimensions varied from 12 mm to 350 mm. The range of our products is wide. Please see our gallery. We can produce the entire range of wheels according to GOST requirements, though our key activity is the production of custom-tailored wheels. When we set up our enterprise, we had a clear idea that technologies of processing metals, hard alloys and polycrystalline diamond are constantly and very rapidly developing.

Manufacturers of equipment push more of new ideas and requirements to diamond and CBN wheels. Also, many of them try to protect their markets with non-standard wheels dimensions and inner diameters. It is especially claimed by manufacturers from Italy and the USA. We have no production limit for any geometry of grinding wheels. This is our daily work. Term of production is approximately 14 days. To make an order, please specify the shape of wheel and its dimensions, send a drawing or photo/ video with wheel performance. We produce grinding wheels, cut-off wheels, bodyless wheels, diamond and CBN pins.

The basic principle of our company is to meet the most ambitious requirements of our customers, who are looking for new ways of development and improvement. Therefore, we work a lot on individual orders that were rejected by other manufacturers. In cooperation with our partners, we are searching for the best solutions. We produce tools in full compliance with the requirements of the EN 13236 standard as for the safety of super abrasives.
